Welcome,

I’m Jordan Campeau, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario. I offer a warm, supportive space for clients to explore life’s challenges, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their sense of balance and meaning.

What Guides My Work

At the heart of my work is the belief that we all have an innate capacity to heal and grow when met with understanding and compassion. I see therapy as a shared space where you can slow down, make sense of what feels heavy, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced.

My approach is gentle, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I value honesty, warmth, and curiosity, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore both the pain and the possibility within your story.

I believe that change doesn’t always happen all at once, it often begins in the small moments of awareness, courage, and self-kindness that build over time. Together, we’ll move toward greater clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

Professional Background

My background as a Registered Nurse and psychotherapist has given me the privilege of supporting people through many stages of healing and change. I’ve worked in both community and hospital settings, where I developed a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and life transitions affect mental and psychical well-being.

My clinical experience and ongoing training in evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, help me tailor therapy to each person’s unique story and goals.
