How We Will Work Together
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, checking in regularly to make sure our work continues to feel supportive and meaningful. You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready for- instead, we’ll build trust, explore what’s been weighing on you, and gently work toward the changes you’re hoping for.
Our sessions may include a mix of reflection, practical tools, and strategies you can use in daily life. Depending on your goals, this might involve noticing patterns, strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, or reconnecting with the parts of your life that feel fulfilling and grounding.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and nervous system regulation, and strengths-based work. Together, we’ll focus on creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I offer a complimentary 15- minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of how I work before beginning therapy.
Session Fees
Each 50-minute session is $160. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement under Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Most extended health plans in Ontario include coverage for this designation.
